EffTrack has been a valuable and successful addition to facilites' measurement and verification systems as well as enabling or boosting their ability to actively improve chiller performance and schedule maintenance before problems arise. With over a million data points collected, we can proactively improve analysis over a wide range of plant equipment.

Over the years, it became apparent that the physical plants were dealing with decreased staffs and increased responsibilities falling to Operators. Plants were either taking logs and not analyzing the performance of their equipment or not taking logs at all. Operators were losing their ability to determine how well the machinery was running - potentially, a very costly loss.

In 2000, many ideas were discussed regarding how to best to implement a process to assist facilities in monitoring their plant equipment. The result: Efficiency Technologies was born. Working closely with plant operators, mechanics and engineers, we developed the EffTrack chiller monitoring diagnostic software. Literally, born in the plant, and created for the plant, the web-based EffTrack system has saved facilities - on a worldwide scale - hundreds of thousands of dollars to date.
